William Quinn is a Lecturer in Finance at Queen’s University Belfast, where he received a doctorate in 2016 for his work on the British Bicycle Mania. His research focuses on market manipulation, stock markets, and bubbles, and his work has been published in leading economics and economic history journals.
John Turner is a Professor of Finance and Financial History at Queen’s University Belfast. He has been a Houblon-Norman Fellow at the Bank of England and a Chandler Fellow at Harvard Business School. He is currently a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and an editor of The Economic History Review. His previous book, Banking in Crisis, won the Wadsworth Prize in 2015.
